Cascador equips Africa's mid-stage founders with the skills, mentorship and capital to scale. Pitch Day is the centrepiece, the day its best innovators take the stage and the cheques are handed over. We were brought in to make sure the people who were not in the room felt every minute of it.
Most event content arrives late. The recap lands on Monday, the energy died on Saturday, and the moment is gone. We do not work that way. For Cascador's Pitch Day, three years running, we treated the live event itself as the product and the social feed as the room everyone else was watching from.
Before the day
We built the virality and creative strategy and mapped it to Cascador's programme, beat by beat. We planned what would be captured, what would be cut, and what would be published the instant it happened, so the pace of the feed matched the pace of the stage.
During the day
A live content team captured, packaged and published in real time across Instagram feed and stories, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. We announced winners as they were crowned. We turned moments into posts while the applause was still in the air. The point was simple: make the internet feel like it was missing the most important room in the ecosystem that day.
After the day
The event ends. The momentum should not. We kept the engine running with a recap built to carry the energy past the closing remarks, so the conversation lasted days, not minutes.
