Mitsubishi is one of the largest car manufacturers in the world. When it brought the L200 to Lagos, we were invited to make the truck something people could feel, not just look at. So we built the launch around the drive.
The brief
The L200 series launched at the Landmark Beachfront on Victoria Island. A truck this capable does not need to be explained. It needs to be experienced. We designed the night so the car was never on a pedestal. It was in motion, with people behind the wheel.

The vicarious test drive
Guests got into the L200 and drove it themselves. As they drove, we filmed them. We cut the footage on site, handed it back, and published it the same night. The people who were not in the room could now feel the drive through the people who were. A test drive you could take from your phone.
Inside the drive. Filmed, cut, and returned to each guest the same night.
Live curation, in real time
We curated the event as it happened. Photographs went out to press platforms while guests were still arriving. We produced reels and short-form videos for every guest and every influencer on the night, and the reach kept widening while the music was still playing.
People did not watch a launch. They drove it, and so did everyone watching them.
In attendance
Bolanle Olukanni, Ozzy Agu, Anto Lecky, Timi Dakolo, Noble Igwe, Lilian Esoro, Tomi Odunsi, and a room full of Lagos high flyers.
