The developers of Mowe Golf Town came to us with a vision, not yet a place. A sustainable community thirty minutes from Lagos, where a golf course, solar-powered homes, and a riverside setting would let luxury and affordability live side by side. Our task was to make the idea feel real before a single home was sold.
The challenge
This was not another estate to advertise. It was a new category for the Nigerian market, sustainable living, and it had to speak to two people at once: the golfer drawn to the lifestyle, and the eco-conscious buyer drawn to the principle. Luxury had to sit comfortably beside affordability. The brand had to hold all of it without strain.
Discovery
We started inside the project. Working closely with the development team, we found the things that actually set it apart: the location within reach of Lagos, the solar homes, the golf course woven through the residences, the riverside views, the inventive and cost-effective way it was being built. From there the positioning was obvious. Mowe Golf Town is not a development. It is a way to live.
